Daniel Tengs is a freelance photographer based in Oslo, Norway. He picked up his first camera at the age of 15, and when he turned 19 he got his first photo sold. Daniel studied photography for 2 years at the Norwegian Kreative School in Oslo (NKF) Before he started working as a professional photographer.
He is specialized in extreme sports photography, and mainly ski and snowboard. Traveling the world with just the camera and a snowboard, he has seen many corners, already at the age of 29. He has worked with all the major publications in his genre, earning himself over 20 covers, and getting the front page of Transworld snowboarding, the biggest snowboard magazine in the world.
Traveling a lot and shooting catalogues for big extreme sports brands has only made him wanting more as a photographer. Daniel won photo of the year, at snowboard awards in 2015. Now he is a Fujifilm X-Photographer and ”stoked” to represent a mirrorless future.
