Tommy Simonsen (Norway)
For ten years Tommy worked as a travel photographer, a job that gave him local insight to the most beautiful parts of northern Norway, Greenland, Iceland and Antarctica. His pictures have been used mainly in various book projects ranging from Lofoten, North Cape, Svalbard, to the Norwegian Coastal Liner and many other places.
Since 2008 he has been working as a photography teacher/expedition leader/photographer on long lasting photo expeditions around the world, and of course many adventures in the field each year to his beloved Svalbard.
Since he got his hands on his first Fujifilm X-series camera, he’s been totally devoted to the system’s perfect size for adventure, image quality and reliability in the field during extreme conditions.
