Professional landscape photography instructor, mainly shooting natural scenery and urban architectural scenery themes, has many years of professional photography experience, more than 200 days a year to travel around the world to shoot works, footprints throughout Asia, Europe and Oceania. He has rich experience in photography creation and photography teaching at home and abroad. I have also cooperated with many manufacturers to shoot promotional samples, such as Huawei, Xiaomi, vivo and Fujifilm. He is proficient in various equipment and has rich experience in equipment shooting and evaluation.

I am honored to have the opportunity to be the first batch of photographers to try this camera to shoot samples. Before I got the camera, I made a sample shooting plan, and that was to take this camera to X-S10 Chongqing to shoot. Humanities, streets, architecture and life breath are displayed as a whole. When I got this camera, the deepest feeling was its compactness. This time I chose to go to Chongqing with XF10-24mmF4 R OIS, XF50-140mmF2.8 R LM OIS WR,  and the latest XF50mmF1.0 R WR lens group.

The night scene performance of the camera with long exposure is still very good, and the noise control is also very good. Since this camera has the IBIS function, remember to turn off the IBIS function when shooting on a tripod. This photo is a blue night view of Chongqing, taken for 8 seconds under a Fujinon exposure of XF10-24mmF4 R OIS. The lower camera position matches the foreground water surface for reflection. When the camera is in a low position, the side flip screen of the X-S10 is also a great help for shooting.

When shooting with the XF50-140mmF2.8 R LM OIS WR telephoto lens, the X-S10 has a newly designed enlarged handle, so it is very stable and comfortable to hold. The IBIS with the camera can perfectly hold the shot of this viaduct.

This photo was taken with a vertical composition in the middle focal length, showing the density of Chongqing viaducts, which deserves to be called a multidimensional space city.

After shooting the viaduct, when you come to Chongqing, you must take a photo of Chongqing’s Yangtze River Cableway, which is called the mountain city aerial bus.
When this photo was taken, the focus and high-speed continuous shooting of the X-S10 did a good job.

When you come to Chongqing, you have to come to the traffic teahouse. This is the only teahouse in Chongqing that maintains the style of the 1970s and 1980s.
It was a rainy day, so we chose to shoot indoors. This photo is a 1/4 second shot taken in my hand. The IBIS function of the X-S10 works well. In this kind of indoor and street sweeping situations, you can take pictures without trying a tripod.

It is very normal to cross a building on the Chongqing light rail. This photo is a light rail passing through a parking lot. The light ratio is actually very large, the bottom is very dark, and the sky is very bright. Have to keep the shutter speed. And this time because the camera has not been released, the RAW format works cannot be opened, so all the photos are JPG output. I am still very satisfied with this dynamic range.

This time I shot a lot of vertical works, and the usage rate of the flip screen is very high. This kind of subject shooting will be very labor-saving after having a flip screen. In the past, shooting was lying underground, and the composition would be easier.

In the case of such a large light ratio during the day, the details of the dark parts and highlights can still be well preserved.

This time the X-S10 has cancelled the traditional shutter. I still like the replacement shutter button, which is more comfortable to use.
At the same time, a separate ISO button is designed to cooperate with the dial adjustment. It allows me to adjust the iso very quickly when shooting, without the need for me to look at the screen to enter the secondary menu to adjust the iso. When shooting in city streets, sometimes you need to adjust the camera as fast as possible to capture the most exciting picture

This photo is a stack of two consecutive 30s photos taken. This shooting point was taken on the outer eaves of a building with a tripod mounted on the outside of the air conditioner. The compact frame of the X-S10 is still very stable here. Let this 1-minute shooting be completed very smoothly.

The overpass in Chongqing, combined with the unified yellow taxi, is definitely a beautiful scenery in the city. Passing here in the rain, waiting for a yellow taxi, pressing the shutter, and everything in one go.

This brand new X-S10 accompanied me during my week in Chongqing. It perfectly matched my shooting in Chongqing. It slowly made me fall in love with the feeling of taking it through the streets of the city. These fleeting moments. At the same time, this camera also supports 4K 30P and 2K 240P video recording, which allows us to record photos and videos at the same time when we go out to shoot.
As a landscape photographer, I feel that not only use the GFX series, but the new X-S10 can also be a good partner for me.
