We have updated the “How to Change Your Network Service Sign In” for FUJIFILM XApp Ver.2.7.3 as it has been slightly modified.
We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage of Fujifilm products.
Sign-in to network services using Facebook accounts with the FUJIFILM XApp will be discontinued at the end of February 2026.
We kindly recommend that customers currently signed in to network services using the Facebook account switch to a non-Facebook network account as soon as possible.
For instructions on how to switch your network service sign-in, please refer to <How to Change Your Network Service Sign In> below.
Please note that the end date for signing in to network services using the Facebook account may be changed without prior notice.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and kindly ask for your understanding.
<How to Change Your Network Service Sign In>
1. Make sure to get either “Google Account” or “Apple ID” beforehand.
2. Select [Change the FUJIFILM XApp Network Service account] through the following menu flow.
[Settings]➔[Application Settings]➔[Network Service]➔[Change the FUJIFILM XApp Network Service account]
3. Select [Download] when the “IMPORTANT NOTICE” message appears.
Then, follow the displayed instructions to complete the download.
4. Select [Change the FUJIFILM XApp Network Service account] through the following menu flow with FUJIFILM XApp.
[Settings] ➔ [Application Settings] ➔ [Network Service] ➔ [Change the FUJIFILM XApp Network Service account]
5. If the message of the “IMPORTANT NOTICE” appears, select [Force changes without downloading] and follow the instructions.
*You can proceed with the forced change without any issue as long as you have successfully saved the “Activity Record” data in step 3 above.
6. The account changes for “Network Service” is completed.

Steps for Changing the Network Service Account for XApp
<Procedure in case of failing to change account>
1. If you fail to change your account in step 5 above, select “Network Service” through the following menu flow with FUJIFILM XApp.
[Settings] ➔ [Application Settings] ➔ [Network Service]
2. sign in using the account you prepared in step 1 above.
Go to [Download/upload “Activity Record”] menu through the following menu flow, once signed in and then upload the “Activity Record” you downloaded earlier.
[Settings] ➔ [Application Settings] ➔ [Network Service] ➔ [Download/upload “Activity Record”]
3. The procedure to recover from a account changing failure is completed.
