TOKYO, September 2, 2021 – FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Teiichi Goto) has unveiled the latest development roadmap for interchangeable GF lenses, designed for the GFX Series of mirrorless digital cameras equipped with a large format sensor, approximately 1.7 times larger than a 35mm full-frame image sensor.
Today, Fujifilm has also announced the release of “FUJIFILM GFX50S II” and its kit lens “GF35-70mmF4.5-5.6 WR”. It is a highly versatile and extremely compact and lightweight standard zoom lens. The use of the retractable barrel structure produces exceptional portability, broadening the scope of situations where large-format systems can be used.
