Five months ago, a friend of mine suggested we attend a FUJI camera demonstration, in Athens Greece. I tagged along, curious to see what else was new or exciting in the camera technology evolution. By the end of the night I was already thinking on ways to fund my new object of desire. A photo trip had already been planned and this would be the perfect time for me to test the new equipment. I was able to get a great deal on a FUJIFILM X-T2, a XF16mmF1.4 prime lens, as well as the XF18-55mmF2.8-4 zoom. The results from the photos I took were much greater than I had ever expected. Pure excellence! Focusing, color, an arsenal of options to choose from, customized, depending on the theme and shooting situations I had to face. For the first time I saw the crispness in the focus not only in the overall image (depending on the depth of field), but also in details. The camera is lightweight, ideal for street photography, and walking long distances. Seen comparatively or in absolute terms the quality of the images overall gives proof to the fact that FUJIFILM needs not a full frame camera to prove the quality of its products in the camera equipment domain worldwide.
