How much storage do I have?
The free option provides 2GB of storage and two users, Pro has 2TB and Team offers 3TB. Free plan does not include C2C functionality.
How secure are my projects/files?

You’ll find the option in the NETWORK/USB SETTING menu.
How does AUTO IMAGE TRANSFER ORDER work?
If this option is switched ON and you have an active internet connection, files will be transferred to Frame.io as they are created.
How does IMAGE TRANSFER WHILE POWER OFF work?
When the camera is turned off, images will continue to upload. This will be indicated by a flashing amber/green LED on the FT-XH File Transmitter grip.
How do I get a Pairing Code?
A pairing code is created on the camera when you create a new C2C connection. It is generated as part of the connection process, then input into Frame.io to complete the connection. In order to connect the camera to a new project, in the Frame.io menu you can generate a new code via the connect menu.
What does the blinking LED on the FT-XH mean?
A red blinking LED means the camera is searching for a connection, green means it is connected to a network. When files are transferring, the LED flashes amber and green.
What happens if I need to change batteries?
If you need to change batteries in the grip, the connection is maintained. However it is dropped if you need to remove the grip to change the battery in the camera.
How is Camera to Cloud different from tethering?
Unlike tethering, which requires a cabled connection, Frame.io Camera to Cloud is a direct connection to the internet. Tethering also means files can only be transferred to a single device, but with Frame.io Camera to Cloud, they’re uploaded to a platform that can be viewed on multiple machines or devices.
Can my camera remember multiple wi-fi connections?
Currently, your camera will only remember the last WiFi connection.
How many cameras can I connect at once?
There is no limit.
Will using C2C drain my battery faster?
Frame.io Camera to Cloud does use more battery power. One option to reduce consumption is to only connect when you have a number of files ready to upload.
Can I use a supported Fujifilm camera to upload images from a non-supported camera?
Compatibility is not guaranteed for cameras that have not been approved for Camera to Cloud.
What happens if I need to change memory cards?
No problem, switch memory cards as normal. However, any files currently queued will not complete if you are changing memory cards.
Are my files also stored in-camera?
Yes, files are stored on your camera’s memory card.
How do I connect a camera to a project?
In Frame.io, go to Add Project and make sure C2C Connections is switched on before creating the project. Then go to the C2C Connections tab and choose Add new device. Frame.io will then ask you to set the camera to the pairing mode, which is done when you connect the camera via WiFi. For more details, please visit HERE.

The pairing code generated by the camera is input into the C2C connections tab in your Frame.io C2C enabled project to complete the connection.

My camera won't connect
Make sure you are using compatible products (FUJIFILM X-H2 or X-H2S with FT-XH File Transmitter grip) with the latest firmware HERE. You also need to ensure you are connected to Wifi, have charged batteries in both grip and camera, and have an enabled C2C Connection in the project you are trying to connect to.
Why aren't my files uploading?
This could be for a number of reasons. Check you have an active internet connection. If the LED on the FT-XH File Transmitter grip is flashing red, there is no connection. Note: when you first switch the camera on, it takes approx. 15 seconds for the camera to connect to a previous WiFi network, so wait to see if the LED changes from red to green. If the light is green, make sure that the type of file you’re trying to upload is selected – go to Frame.io Camera to Cloud menu, then SELECT FILE TYPE and tick required file formats. Make sure auto file transfer is selected – go to Frame.io Camera to Cloud menu, select UPLOAD SETTING and make sure AUTO IMAGE TRANSFER ORDER is ON. Finally, if you turn camera off while transferring, make sure the option is selected for files to continue to transfer. To do this, go to Frame.io Camera to Cloud, then UPLOAD SETTING and make sure IMAGE TRANSFER WHILE POWER OFF is ON.
Why is my upload slow?
This is most likely to be your internet connection, but could also be due to the file type you’re uploading. Video files or Raw still images will take longer to upload than proxy files or JPEG or HEIF files.
