- THIS POLICY APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES OF FUJIFILM PRODUCTS, MADE BY U.S. RESIDENT, PURCHASING END-USER CONSUMERS FROM THE FUJIFILM NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION AUTHORIZED E-COMMERCE WEBSITE ONLY. FUJIFILM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND OR SUPPLEMENT THIS POLICY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
- NO PRODUCT MAY BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON IF MORE THAN 30 DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, AS DESCRIBED BELOW. ALL RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE, FOLLOWING THE RETURNS PROCESS OUTLINED.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Note that you have twenty-four (24) hours from the time and date of placing your original order to fully, or partially, cancel your order. If more than 24 hours has passed since the placement of your order, your ordered item will be shipped and you will be required to initiate a return as outlined in the Returns Section, and governed by our Return Policy, to obtain a refund or product exchange for any reason (subject to the applicable limited product warranty).
Note that you have thirty (30) days from the date you placed your original order to return the purchased product. All sales are final after 30 days. If more than 30 days has passed since your purchase, we will be unable to process your return, or otherwise offer you a refund or product exchange for any reason (subject to the applicable limited product warranty).
To be eligible for a return, your purchased product must be unused and in new condition (i.e. the same condition that you received it), in its original packaging and with all provided accessories (such as straps, lens caps, original, undamaged product box, etc.). Please note that any request for a refund will not be processed until the returned product has been properly received by Fujifilm, with all features checked, and with the condition and provided accessories with the returned product fully verified and confirmed.
AS NOTED ABOVE, PURCHASES MADE AT A DISCOUNTED (I.E. EITHER SALE OR REFURBISHED) PRODUCT PRICE (WHETHER PURSUANT TO AN INSTANT SAVINGS PROMOTION, A C-STOCK OR REFURBISHED PRODUCT OFFERING, OR ANY OTHER PROMOTIONAL OFFER) ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON, SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY. Returns will not be processed and rejected if they have not first been initiated through this website. Note that Fujifilm is not responsible for any lost or damaged product, costs, or liabilities associated with any product(s) shipped to a Fujifilm facility outside of this returns process.
AS STATED, NO PRODUCT MAY BE RETURNED IF MORE THAN 30 DAYS HAVE PASSED FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, OR IF THEY HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED (SALE OR REFURBISHED) PRODUCT PRICE. As stated above, all sales are final after 30 days. INITIATING AND COMPLETING A RETURN
To initiate a return, or to request a refund, log in to your registered account at fujifilm.registria.com and navigate to the “My Orders” section. You may also refer to the confirmation email related to your order to navigate there as well. Next, locate your order, select “Order Details,” from the available options, and choose “Return a Product”. Upon selection, you will be guided through a series of steps to confirm the product you wish to return. During this process, you will be given the choice of using our shipping carrier, or making your own shipping arrangements. If you select to use our return shipping service, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to decline this service, you will be responsible for arranging your own, proper shipment to the Fujifilm returns facility. Please be careful to review your selections in this step carefully to ensure that your return is processed without delay. Lastly, initiated returns are not considered complete, nor will any refunds be issued, until the applicable product related to the initiated return have been received in our warehouse facility and have undergone a full, confirming inspection.

All product returns sent back to Fujifilm must be properly packaged so as to avoid damage during shipping. In addition, Fujifilm recommends that all shipments be tracked to confirm delivery. You assume all responsibility for product shipped to Fujifilm including, without limitation, any liability for damage, theft or loss during shipping, irrespective of whether Fujifilm’s shipping service was used, or a Fujifilm provided shipping label was provided.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS THAT WERE RECEIVED IN DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED CONDITION
If your product is delivered damaged or defective, please initiate a return on this website within 72 hours of delivery to avoid any shipping charges when using Fujifilm’s provided shipping service. To initiate the return, please follow the steps outlined above. Note that a failure to initiate a return for a damage or defective product within 72 hours of delivery will result in a shipping charge when using Fujifilm’s provided shipping service, which will be offset against any applicable refund related to the returned product.
RETURN OF SALE OR PROMOTIONAL OFFER PRODUCT
As noted above, only regular priced product may be returned. Product purchased pursuant to a promotional offer or sale (including instant savings promotions, cash back promotions, discount offers, or combination purchase offers) are not subject to return at any time, subject to the limited product warranty in the event the purchased product was received in damaged or defective condition.
ABOUT REFUBISHED OR C-STOCK PRODUCT
From time to time, Fujifilm may make available for purchase certain specific products that are considered to be “C-stock” or refurbished. These products have undergone inspection have been confirmed by Fujifilm to be in proper working order but are offered by Fujifilm in “as-is” condition, at a discounted price, with a more limited, 90-day product warranty from the date of purchase. The prices for refurbished or C-Stock products may vary from time to time and will be set solely by Fujifilm. As referenced above, subject to the applicable, limited product warranty, refurbished or C-Stock products may not be returned for any reason, at any time.
PRODUCTS PURCHASED AS A GIFT / GIFT RETURNS
If the product was shipped directly to you as the gift recipient, please contact the party that sent you the product as a gift (i.e. the product purchaser) and coordinate with them to submit a claim involving a return or a refund. Fujifilm will only accept returns and attempt to address issues raised from, the actual consumer that purchased FUJIFILM branded product from this website, in all instances.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs applicable to the proper return of your purchased product, to the applicable third-party shipper. If Fujifilm’s offered shipping service is used, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided for you to ship your return to the Fujifilm returns facility. The total cost of this shipping service will be deducted from any applicable refund. If your product is delivered to you damaged or defective, a return must be initiated on this website within 72 hours of your receipt for any return shipping charges to be waived.
If you choose to make your own shipping arrangements, your shipping charges must be pre-paid and your actual shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Fujifilm, subject to the terms of Fujifilm’s limited product warranty applicable to the product purchased.
Fujifilm recommends using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance in each instance. You will be responsible for managing any carrier or shipping service claims or issues which arise in connection with the shipping of your returned product to us. Note that Fujifilm will not be responsible for any costs or liabilities associated with product returns that are lost or damaged in shipping, in any instance and for any reason, irrespective of whether Fujifilm’s shipping service or provided shipping label is used.
Please allow at least 15 business days from the date of Fujifilm’s receipt of your returned product for the necessary confirmation, processing and approval of your refund or provision of an applicable replacement product.
If the returned product is not received by Fujifilm in unused, new condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applicable, which will be offset against any applicable refund. This restocking fee will be calculated from the total purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping charges) and be applied to the return if:
- Product is returned in a used condition (with obvious signs of use) or without all the originally provided accessories. This is a fixed charge irrespective of the value of any missing accessory.
- Any returned product is received by Fujifilm in damaged condition. If the referenced 25% restocking fee does not cover the cost of the damage or loss, Fujifilm will charge the repair cost, up to the full retail replacement cost for the damaged product, which will be offset against any applicable refund.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Once your return is received, confirmed and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the status of your refund and if the restocking fee will be applied to your return. An applicable credit will be applied to your original method of payment, generally within 15 business days from our receipt.
If you have not received a refund after 15 business days, first check your original method of payment to confirm that the refund has not been rendered (i.e. contact your credit card company or issuing bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
