Born and raised in Niigata. After graduating from university, she studied photography under the wing of Eijin Araki. In 2003, she established Lightinguz. Her commercial photography is known for her unique point of view and creativity. From sweets to landscapes, she can take photo of any subject. She tells the importance of taking photography from heart. She is a member of Japan Advertising Photographers Association.
