EF-X500 (Optional)

A high performance, multi-function flash with a guide number of approx. 50, the optional EF-X500 supports multi-flash lighting, FP mode and continuous output in Burst Mode.

Terminal

External Connection Interface

The FUJIFILM GFX 50S offers various interfacing options, including USB 3.0 for computer-tethered shooting, an HDMI Micro connector to output images to an external monitor, remote shutter release terminal, microphone input, and headphone jack. Connect the optional AC power adapter AC-15V to the DC input terminal to use an external power source for camera operation and charging. The camera comes with a cable lock for attaching cables.

Mount Adapter

H Mount Adapter G (Optional)

Enables compatibility with H Mount lenses, including SUPER EBC FUJINON HC lenses for GX645AF (discontinued), to be attached to the GFX 50S. It supports lens shutter operations and aperture priority AE. Focusing is manual only, but the mount features electronic contacts to generate and record lens correction data for individual lenses. And a detachable tripod base plate is included.

View Camera Adapter

View Camera Adapter (Optional)

Allows you to use a 4×5 view camera on the FUJIFILM GFX 50S in conjunction with old large format FUJINON lenses. This allows you to take advantage of a view camera’s characteristic tilt and shift functions while using the focal-plane shutter in the camera body.

Workflow

By installing compatible software on your computer, it is possible to build an all-in-one workflow for things like “tethered shooting / checking the image / RAW development preview / RAW development”. In addition to FUJIFILM’s own software, you can use software that you are already familiar with. You can carry out tethered shooting by connecting the GFX via USB cable or Wi-Fi connection through wireless LAN access point. Also, RAW files can be developed based on Film Simulation settings.

Capture One Pro / Capture One Pro FUJIFILM (Optional)

Capture One Pro FUJIFILM is workflow software that inherits the versatile and powerful editing capabilities of Capture One Pro but is specifically designed for the GFX and X Series of cameras*. It is available to purchase from Phase One’s website. The Capture Pilot function allows you to connect the camera to a table device, etc. and view/check an image being captured wirelessly on such devices.

Capture One Express FUJIFILM

This software supports RAW conversion for files from the GFX and X Series range of cameras*1. The software uses a unique cataloging format to manage pictures, enabling fast processing of individual images regardless of the quantity or size. FUJIFILM’s unique Film Simulation modes can be applied during RAW conversion so that you can add an artistic flair or traditional film look and feel. This RAW conversion software is available as a free download from Phase One website.

FUJIFILM X RAW STUDIO

This is unique RAW development software from FUJIFILM. By connecting a computer installed with X RAW STUDIO and camera via USB cable, the processor in the camera can be used to process RAW files. Processing time will not be affected by any limitations of your computer, and there is no difficulty in batch processing large number of images. Since it offers an optimized environment for the FUJIFILM GFX 50R, you can get complete image quality includes tone, color reproduction, and Film Simulations
