Join us for this Fujifilm test day where representatives from Fujifilm will be bringing along a range of the latest cameras and a large selection of their current lenses! You will be able to try out the kit free of charge and get expert advice from Fujifilm staff!
Set in 22 acres of woodland and wildflower meadow, Andover’s Hawk Conservancy has over 150 birds of prey on view, from the tiny Pygmy Owl to the impressive Steller’s Sea Eagles! Many of these birds are involved in spectacular daily flying demonstrations, whilst others are part of important breeding or environmental enrichment projects. This is the perfect place to test out some of the impressive Fujifilm kit that will be on offer for the whole day!
Our photography will centre around the British Birds at the Conservancy and will include flying demonstrations, close up opportunities and time in the centre’s hides. We will have our own dedicated falconers on hand to engage and explain each bird to us and indeed put the birds through their paces on our behalf.
Starting at around 09.30 with a short introduction from Timeline and Fujifilm, we will then get out onto the field and start our bird photography, breaking for an all inclusive lunch at around 12.30. After lunch we will enjoy the public flying demonstration before enjoying further flying from our dedicated falconers. Finishing at approximately 17.00.
