Die GFX100 II ist mit dem brandneuen 102-Megapixel High-Speed-Sensor 「GFX 102MP CMOS II HS」 ausgerüstet – mit einer etwa doppelt so hohen Auslesegeschwindigkeit wie bei der GFX100S.
Zusammen mit dem X-Processor 5 erreicht die GFX100 II damit eine Serienbildrate von bis zu 8 Aufnahmen pro Sekunde und bietet einen besonders schnellen und präzisen Autofokus sowie hochentwickelte Videofunktionen, wie es sie bisher in keiner anderen Kamera des GFX-Systems oder der X Serie gab.

AF mit Objekterkennung
Der X-Processor 5 ermöglicht einen smarten Objekterkennungs-AF mit einer im Mittelformat bislang unerreichten Performance. Die AF-Verfolgung und Motiverfassung mit Deep-Learning-KI-Technologie erkennt dabei nicht nur menschliche Gesichter und Augen, sondern auch Tiere, Vögel, Autos, Motorräder, Fahrräder, Flugzeuge und Züge sowie Drohnen und Insekten.* So kann man sich auf die kreative Arbeit konzentrieren und der GFX100 II getrost das Fokussieren überlassen.

Verbesserter AF-Algorithmus

Serienbilder mit bis zu 8 fps
Die GFX100 II hebt die Mittelformatfotografie in bisher unerreichbare Gefilde. Mit einer kontinuierlichen Serienbildrate von bis zu 8 Aufnahmen pro Sekunde mit dem mechanischen Verschluss fängt sie die Höhepunkte von Sport- und Action-Motiven zuverlässig ein.

Sucherbild-Auffrischrate von 120 fps im Boost-Modus
Im Boost-Modus der GFX100 II wird die Anzeigerate im Sucher auf etwa 120 Bilder pro Sekunde erhöht – mehr als genug, um mit sich schnell bewegenden Motiven Schritt zu halten.

Die GFX100 II bietet einen Blackout-freien Serienbildmodus mit 5,3 Bildern pro Sekunde für die unterbrechungsfreie Darstellung von sich schnell bewegenden Motiven.* Im Kleinbildformatmodus liefert die Kamera Blackout-freie Serienbilder sogar wahlweise mit 8,7 fps oder 5,8 fps.

ISO 80 Standard
Sensitivity
By improving the pixel structure on the new sensor, standard sensitivity has been extended to ISO 80. Now, photographers can make 16-bit images with wider dynamic range and lower noise than ever before.

Pixel Shift Multi-Shot
For the ultimate quality, GFX100 II can produce an ultra-high-resolution 400-megapixel image with a single press of the shutter release.
Using in-body image stabilization to precisely shift the sensor by a half pixel between each frame, GFX100 II makes 20 frames in which every red, green, and blue pixel has the same information. The result is a detail-rich file with almost no false colors visible.

Support for Multiple Cine Recording Formats
In addition to GFX large format, GFX100 II supports various cine recording formats, including Premista, 35mm, and anamorphic (35mm). With a basic GF to PL adapter, cinematographers anywhere can use GFX100 II’s massive imaging sensor with some of the world’s most legendary cinema optics, including Fujinon’s collection of Premista and Cabrio Zoom Lenses. For storytellers with wider aspirations, there are also two different high resolution 35mm FF Anamorphic recording modes that provide various de-squeeze monitoring options in-camera.

Tracking subjects just got easier. Select AF-C mode with Wide/Tracking AF, then simply touch the subject on the rear LCD. GFX100 II will then track the object, even in situations with multiple subjects.

Embrace cloud first workflows and open lines of collaboration with GFX100 II’s World First, no accessary needed integration for Frame.io Camera to Cloud and deliver photos or video straight to the cloud the moment after they are created. Utilize the built-in Wi-Fi or Ethernet LAN connection options to connect to Frame.io and deliver hi-res RAW or JPEG images, send h.264 video proxies, or upload 4k ProRes Video securely to any project for immediate review and consideration.
New MF assist Focus MAP
For added precision while using manual focus, a new Focus MAP has been added as a MF assist function.
RAW output via HDMI
Combined with a compatible ATOMOS HDMI device, RAW video output from GFX100 II can be recorded as 12-bit Apple ProRes RAW at resolutions up to 8K and frame rates up to 29.97fps. With Blackmagic Design Video Assist 12G HDRs, RAW video output from the camera can be recorded as Blackmagic RAW at resolutions up to 8K and frame rates up to 29.97fps.

FAN-001 Cooling Fan
Extends continuous video recording times with this optional accessory. The fan does not require any additional cables for power and allows GFX100 II to keep recording, even in high-temperature environments.
Recording to External SSD via USB
Connecting an external SSD via a USB Type-C cable lets you record photos and videos directly to an external SSD in all modes and formats, including 4K/60p and 8K/30p. *
