On October 11, 2024, we informed you that we were trying to find the root cause of the issue with FUJIFILM Camara Remote and iOS18 to fix this issue.
Then finally we have found the cause of this issue and confirmed that the revised firmware establishes the connection without freezing the camera except for a few camera models.
In this time, we would like to inform you of our policy regarding the support of FUJIFILM Camera Remote as follows.

We have confirmed that the camera freezes when one of the following cameras and iPhone (iOS18) / iPad (iPadOS18) are connected using FUJIFILM Camera Remote.
We are currently trying to find the cause of this issue.
If you would like to transfer images from your camera, please connect a memory card reader to your smartphone and transfer images from the SD card.
