With two decades of experience as a professional photographer, Benny Ang specialises in people photography for weddings, corporate & portraiture assignments. He sees photography as an extension of his vision – his interpretation of the world.

Benny’s ethos to people photography is to express his subjects with authenticity, and to use his craft to bring out the best in his subjects with realism and relevance. He works with his subjects to bring forth their self-confidence, while he captures them at their authentic best.

“I spend time connecting with my subject to understand their personality and conceptualise the shoot. Photography is about creating a portrait of my subject looking great – not a photo of a good-looking person bearing little resemblance to my subject. Authenticity has always been a key tenet in my works and will always be.”
