100 X-Photographers

5 years has passed since the launch of the first X series camera, the X100, and as part of our anniversary celebration, we will host a gallery that exhibits the works taken by X old and new.

There also will be Touch&Try area, in which you can try our latest cameras and lenses including FUJIFILM X-Pro2. Special live talks by well-renowned professional photographers from around the globe as well as Fujifilm staff will also be held to hear the stories around X-series and photography. Quick Maintenance booth (Reservation recommended )is also available for all X-users.

Guest Speaker: Ichigo Sugawara (Japan)

Biography: Born in 1960. Starting with the "Elle" magazin in France, he has been shooting commercial photographs ever since. His personal exhibitions are also well regarded for the myterious and fantasy-like touch. In 2004, 10 of his works were collected by French National library. In 1996, he has directed movie "Aoi-sakana". He was the opening director for anime "Mushini" in 2005 and 2014. In 2015, he travelled to Sakhalin with FUJIFILM digital camera for a project.

Biography: Born in 1985. After studying engineering, he started a career in photography. He is well known for the original composition and unique way of capturing the moment. He has won numerous awards including WPP. He has nominated among the "emerging young documentary photographer" by IPA. His works are published on numrous publications including New York Times.

Strobist, which is dedicated to the study of photographic lighting, has over 2 millions followers from all over the world, and was recently named one of the top 25 blogs in the world by Time Magazine.

Biography: Born in 1972. Editorial and commercial photographer from Atlanta. He is also a well renowned street photographer. He has gained popularity among the enthusiasts for hiis style of capturing the moment in an explicit manner, which is being achieved with the lightweight and compact system that he carries everywhere backed with the knowledge and experience. His blog "Life without DSLRs" recorded over a million PV in just a week after the launch.

He is known for his work for "No music No life?" project with Tower Records. He has joined Gelatin Silver Session in 2006. He opened rental darkroom and gallery "PIPPO". In 2015 he has opend Hirama Shashinkan Tokyo.

Biography: Born in 1938. Since 1965, He has been shooting fashion portraits. In 1969, he has become interested in sub culture movement with the Woodstock and travelled to New York and London. His works are commercial, music and movies to this day. He is known for his work of David Bowie, YMO, and Marc Bolan to name a few. In 2013, he has published his auto biography "The shoot must go on", in which Japanese actor Lily Franky commented "We would not have listened to rock music if it were not for Sukita-san."

Quick Maintenance Service

There wil be a maintenance service counter for X series cameras and lenses. The service will include exterior cleaning, brief operation testing, and firmware updates. You can make your reservation by calling the phone number below, but you can also walk in without any reservation. However, please note that those with reservation will be given priority to accomodate the service.
